All donations to Assistance League of Colorado Springs are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Colorado Enterprise Zone Contribution Tax Credit: Assistance League of Colorado Springs and our Capital Campaign are approved for the Colorado Enterprise Zone contribution tax credit:
Contributions of $500 or above per contribution qualify for a 25 percent Colorado tax credit up to a maximum credit of $100,000 ($400,000 in contributions).
The Colorado tax credit for in-kind contributions is 12½ percent up to a maximum credit of $50,000 ($400,000 in contributions).
In-kind contributions of stock will be transferred to the zone by the contributor and sold as soon as practical.
Your check must be made payable to: El Paso County Enterprise Zone. In the memo section of the check show "Assistance League of Colorado Springs."
Please include your telephone number with your check. We will complete the necessary paperwork to process your contribution through the zone. You will receive a receipt for your contribution from the county once your contribution has been processed.
For any given year, the amount of the tax credit is limited to the taxpayer's liability. Any excess credit may be carried forward for a period of up to five years. The $100,000 credit limit can be generated each year whether or not there is any carryover from prior years.
